Viva Samana is located in Las Terrenas, Samana on the north east coast, in Playa Cosom. It enjoys a fabulous sea front location in the resort area of Samana which lies along the northeastern coast of the Dominican Republic. Viva Samana is just a mere 10 minutes from the town area, while the drive time from the property to the Puerto Plata international airport is estimated at 3 hours. |

* Viva Samana has its own garden and terrace and provides guests with a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, car park, medical service, a bar, a restaurant, a laundry service, a kids` club and parking for those arriving by car.

Each room comes with a king size bed or two full size beds, individually adjustable air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with shower, a satellite TV, an iron and ironing board, a telephone, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box, as well as a balcony or terrace. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY |

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Viva Samana Hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
