The building was constructed in 1995 and consists of 5 floors and a total of 254 apartments. There is also a supermarket, a bicycle cellar and bicycle hire, a TV room, a café, a snug bar, a pub and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and high chairs available for small children. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access. Guests may also use the medical assistance if necessary. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club.
