Streetfront restaurant with separate bar/lounge containing 30-foot marble bar. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch. Breakfast choices including house breakfast of grilled Niman Ranch pork belly with poached egg on country-bread toast; Vermont cheddar, sautéed fingerling potatoes, pastries. Lunch choices such as braised pork cheeks with garganelli pasta; halibut with mussel soffrito sauce, roasted artichokes, lemon confit; lobster burger with taro chips; three-course fixed-price menu. Dinner choices such as fluke sashimi; poached egg and black truffle with mushroom truffle sauce; pistachio-crusted foie gras; mustard-glazed cod with baby squid, braised endive; roasted veal chop for two with wild mushrooms, chamomile jus; ginger-crusted rack of lamb with braised lamb shank.
* Oscar’s:
"American brasserie" designed by Adam Tihany. Named for maitre d'hotel who created Waldorf Salad and Veal Oscar and introduced Thousand Island Dressing. Breakfast buffet and à la carte menu. "Epicurean" lunch buffet and à la carte menu. À la carte dinner menu. Bar service until late night.

Contemporary independent streetfront restaurant/bar with tatami rooms serving contemporary Japanese dinners.
* A health spa offers treatments such as Milk and Honey Cocoon and Peppermint Foot Fantasy as well as nail care. (There's also a hair salon in the hotel.) The spa includes a complimentary fitness center with men's steam room, women's steam shower, cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights.
