The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. It is in close proximity to the historic part of town with its remarkable sights, as well as to a variety of attractive shops. Established as a restaurant in 1512, the "Weisser Hase" underwent a complete renovation. While the historic outer walls were preserved, the interior was newly designed to combine elegance and comfort. The beautiful renovation was awarded with a special prize by the city of Passau. Relax in one of the 108 quiet and comfortable rooms (all rooms have been renovated in 2006). Rooms are equipped with elegant bathrooms with hairdryer, flat screen-television, telephone, radio, and private safe. Also there is free internet access. The hotel is also located close to the train station (500 meters) therefore easy reachable by foot, as well as by car as there is a private hotel garage.
