Wellington Hotel, located in a surprisingly quiet part of Westminster. The Wellington is just a short walk away from Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. It is typically English and Edwardian in style looking out over gardens and a landscaped square where cricket is played in summer months. Victoria coach and railway stations are within a few minutes walk.
Designed by A C Martin, a notable Edwardian Architect, The Wellington originally housed The College of Theological students, but was re-opened as a General Hall Of Residence. Accommodation in The Wellington is comfortable, blending both traditional Edwardian features with modern facilities. All rooms share bathroom facilities found on each floor. |

The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Pimlico Tube Station and Victoria Station which has direct trains to Gatwick International Airport. A 15 minute walk away is the Tate Gallery, Houses of Parliament, and St James Park. |

I stayed at the Wellington for 1 week at the of this summer. Personally, I found the whole experience at Wellington Hotel as a good deal. The location is very convenient. Vincent Square is a very quiet area that is very close to major sights. I was travelling ...
