Check in is from 16:00 h. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours key collection from the electronic lock box at the Welcome Center. The lock box code is: C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 h per day by telephoning free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. When registering for your villa you will be asked to supply a credit card as security for your villa. A refundable security deposit of USD 500 is required at registration for each home or apartment that has been booked. The following items can be added to your booking at a daily additional fee: pool heat (where applicable), crib rental, and highchair rental. All apartments and condos are non smoking, pets are not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of Westridge Hotel Orlando. 2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different. 4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
