A wonderfull experience
We stayed in this hotel 5 days in August. It was a real experiance. The location is superb - 1 block from the magnificent mile of Michigan Ave, with all the nice buildings & shoping centers. The room was large, cozy & indulging. The staff was courteous, friendly & helpfull. The hotel decor was respectfull & overall, we had no complaints whatsoever

Perfectly located hotel
We had a nice stay at Whitehall hotel. The hotel's location was the most convenient - right next to the Hancock tower. The beach is 5 minute walk, Michigan Ave is 3 min, and the Pier is just a 15 minutes walk. We had a slight problem at the reception due to double room request was mixed up with twin room. Howevever, we were pleased with room's amenities and quality of presentation. Moreover, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Except the accident with the room, everything was great. Whitehall hotel deserves to be recommended in terms of very clean and comfortable accommodation, upbeat service and excellent location that would not be regretted.

Perfect to it's full extent
We have recently stayed in Whitehall Hotel. The very best feature of the hotel has to be the location. It was 1/2 block to Michigan Avenue and we were surrounded by fabulous stores and restaurants. It was very easy to walk down to the Navy Pier and just about anywhere else we wanted to go. Yet the accommodation, facilities and service at Whitehall Hotel definitely impressed me. The hotel staff, from bellboy to conceirge to housekeeping and etc were superb. Everybody did their best in satisfying customer needs and moreover.
The room was great of greatests - pinnacle - sumptuous, softly-lit, spacious, clean, cool and totally relaxing. The bathroom was updated and very elegant. The towels and bathrobes were soft and comfortable.
Quality of food and service in hotel's restaurant was brilliant as well.
Overall, it was very impressing and unforgettable experience at Whitehall Hotel. The location is unbeat, very professional and superb service, and very well apointed accommodation!!! Whitehall Hotel is really perfect to it's full extent. I thoroughly recommend Whitehall Hotel.
