My experience in Valentine day at Wynn hotel,
Terrible customer service at front counter(management) and inexperience approch to the guests left me with very saor memory during my 3 night stay in five stars hotel!

Absolutely stunning experience
Previously we were staying in various different places while visiting Las Vegas, but this time we have chosen to stay at Wynn and it was amazing. The great thing about the Wynn hotel is that its not that crowded as other hotels can be since its located a little bit far from the center of the strip. This is also a small drawback since you will have to walk about 10-15 mins if you want to get to Venetian, Bellagio and so on. But we did mind to get some exercise, so it was good for us. The best thing about the hotel though is service. At every part of the resort everyone went out of their way to make us feel pampered and well taken care of.
Our room was on upper floors so we were delighted with an outstanding view of the strip and other hotels-casinos. Our room was very beautifully decorated, all new and clean. It was lovely just to walk around looking at the huge drapes, the colors, the carpeting, beautiful light fittings, furniture, and huge amazing floral displays.
The eating facilities are just fantastic. Overall speaking, we had an absolutely stunning experience at Wynn Las Vegas, and it would difficult to miss that one when we will be next time in Las Vegas.
