The hotel opened in 1998 and was rated as a 3-star tourist hotel in Feb 2000. In the past nine years, it has accommodated a total of 1.53 million guests with an average check-in rate of 92 percent. To meet the needs of the market and the hotel's development, it launched a 50 million yuan expansion project in 2006. This air-conditioned establishment also features a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access and a restaurant. The conference facilities and WLAN Internet access may be of use to business guests, whilst room and laundry services are also provided.
