An honest review
Due to the hotel over booking we were moved next door to the Aalborg Sports College. Very basic room but clean, however you would only wish to use it for a base.
Missed breakfast due to not being told what the times were but managed to have something th next day. If you like cheese sandwiches then you'll love the breakfast.
Aalbory town centre is about 1300kr in a taxi and the buses run every 15 mins.
If you stick to the main road into town stop off at the number of bars en route, you'll only pay 10kr for a beer.
Try the Jydepotten Bar which is about a 10 min stroll down the hill from the Hotel. It's cheap, happy hours are 10am till noon & 4pm till 6pm.
Locals are mad but very friendly and great fun.
