- Your check-in date must be at least 7 days after the booking date.
- Better rate must be found within 24 hours of the reservation having been confirmed by Otel.com.
- Room types, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and services included in the rate must be the same.
- New found rate must be able to be cancelled and refunded in full at least 4 days prior to the check-in date.
- The website that offers the better rate must offer instant online confirmation.
- Price Match Refund Request Form located below must be filled out and sent within 24 hours of making your reservation.
- Please note that a price match cannot be used in conjunction with the FivePlus loyalty program.
