Price Match Terms and Conditions: |

The following Best rate guarantee criteria must be matched:
- You must have a confirmed reservation with otel.com (Pending, On-Request and Group Reservations are not covered.) You must be in possession of your hotel voucher from www.otel.com Only our clients can take advantage of our Price Match. If you have not made a reservation on our website yet, that means you have not become our client yet.
- Your check-in date must be at least 7 days after the booking date.
- Better rate must be found within 24 hours of the reservation having been confirmed by otel.com. We offer the best rates as of the booking date, so we can only match the offers as of the same date.
- Room Types, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests, services included in the rate must be the same. i.e. If you have a double, twin or triple room reservation, you cannot compare this rate to a single room rate. Our vouchers state the room type and what is included in our rates. The rate you are charged is the very final rate. We have no hidden fees and you don't pay anything at the hotel for the room. Please make sure the same services, taxes and fees are included in the new found rate.
- The new found rate must be able to be cancelled and refunded in full at least 4 days prior to the check-in date. Using otel.com is free, plus we do not charge any penalty for cancellations or amendments made before the deadline date. However, many other hotel booking websites charge non-refundable service fees in addition to room rates. Please make sure that the website that offers the better rate is comparable to us in this way.
- The website that offers the better rate must offer instant online confirmation. In the online hotel booking business, the technical ability to offer online availability is very important and has a big role in determining the rates. The websites that get back to you with availability later on are not comparable to our site.
- To claim, you must submit a Price Match Refund Request Form which must be received by our company within 24 hours after making your original booking with otel.com.
- The claim must be for the same room type and dates available with instant online availability at the same hotel and with a lower rate than ours.
- You do not have to book the accommodation on the other website, just provide us with the details requested on the Price Match Refund Request Form and we will do the rest.
- We will contact you by e-mail within 2 working days. Once the Best Rate Guarantee has been confirmed, you will receive a refund to the credit card originally supplied to make your booking.
- Otel.com reserves the right to modify, change, suspend or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
- Each reservation is eligible for a one time price match, no further claims can be made on that particular booking.
- A price match cannot be used in conjunction with the FivePlus loyalty program.
