If your accommodation request meets any of the conditions noted below, you must fill out and submit the Special Request form:

Reservations for 6 or more rooms at a time
·
Durations of stay at same hotel exceeding 15 nights
·
Inquiries regarding destinations not listed on our website
·
Requests for a specific hotel not listed on our website
·
Requests for suites, deluxe rooms, executive rooms, special needs rooms, quads, or family rooms
·
Requests to book transfers and/or city tours with your hotel booking (We are unable to arrange transfers or tours without hotel bookings in the same city).
